The first new build within Michigan Central, Ford Motor Company's mobility innovation district in Corktown.
Developed through a joint venture with Ford Land and Detroit Opportunity Fund II, the Bagley Mobility Hub is a six-story, tech-enabled mobility center supporting the workers, residents, and visitors of Michigan Central.
The Hub offers 1,253 parking spaces, an autonomous vehicle testing area, e-bike and e-scooter stations, electric charging, and ground-floor retail. Two outdoor plazas — designed in coordination with the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy — connect to the Southwest Greenway, providing greenway access and public amenities.
